We had never used a travel agent before, so we weren’t sure what to expect. Kate hit the ground running. She listened to every detail of what we considered our perfect vacation and she delivered, providing multiple package options to choose from all of which met and exceeded our specific needs. She took time to answer all our questions and followed up the same day with answers to our questions..
Our travel homeday happened to be on the same day the major airlines had nationwide system issues causing many flights to be delayed or canceled. Kate contacted us immediately checking to see if we needed assistance extending our hotel stay or rebooking flights.

Not only did she coordinate and book our travel and hotel stay, she also made our nightly dinner reservations, purchased tickets to the ball of our choosing, and provided directions to and details regarding the various parades.
I especially appreciated the neat itinerary Kate provided that kept us on track with our schedule but also gave us the opportunity to freely explore the city.

"Kate was the absolute best travel agent we could’ve asked for. She took all the stress and hassle away from planning our Honeymoon in a completely unknown country.
All the activities we wanted and a few we didn’t even know existed were laid out for us like a vacation buffet! She found the best deals and made sure we got the most out of our money. We weren’t sure how available Kate would be when we were in Canada but even when we had troubles with our rental car or the night hiking, she was able to instantly get a hold of the different companies and make the problem disappear!

"Me and my fiancé were looking into where to go for our honeymoon and with the wedding planning and work we were having a very hard time finding the time to do all the research needed to find a quality honeymoon destination.
We reached out the Kate and let her know what we were looking for in our honeymoon and our budget and she was able to put us together a short list of places she would recommend.
What I really liked is that she had been to all these places herself so was able to give us her personal experience of all of them. I was hesitant to use a travel planner as I figured it would be expensive and not worth the money, but we were actually able to get a cheaper rate with her discounts and we didn’t have to spend hours sifting through reviews to figure out where we wanted to go.
