I will find the perfect vow renewal package, help you book your date and venue at the resort of your choosing, and be the go-to person with the onsite team. I can even set up appointments at different locations & resorts for you to see the spaces before you make your choices.

Depending on the trip itself, within 5-10 business days, you will receive your custom digital travel proposal, complete with a curated itinerary, accommodations, and exclusive experiences tailored to your personal tastes and interests. I’ll also include a quick personalized trip overview video to guide you through your upcoming adventure.

Collaborative Feedback & Revisions
Step 3
Your input is super important! After you review the proposal, we will go through it together via a virtual call. We will work together to make any necessary adjustments to ensure every detail aligns with your vision and guarantees your satisfaction and excitement for the trip ahead! Within 2 - 5 business days, your revised proposal will be waiting for you in your inbox!

Booking & Arrangements
Step 4
Once you submit your approval, I will handle every travel component for you from here on out! This includes flights, accommodations, transfers, and more. As your departure date gets closer, you will receive an “Itinerary Request Form” so I can begin booking the little details like dining reservations, spa treatments, exclusive excursions, and any other special activities you desire! My goal is to create a seamless travel experience allowing you to relax and look forward to your adventure!

Final Preparations & Support

As your departure date approaches, I will provide you with everything you might need to feel confident and prepared for your vacation. We will jump on another call to review your final itinerary and answer any questions you have. You will also receive a destination specific detailed packing list, custom city guide(s) with activities & restaurant recommendations tailored to you, and a list of travel tips and tricks. Finally, all that is left is for you to embark on your unforgettable journey!
